4. Communication equipment - PBX and other telephony equipment

5. Backup - Automated and monitored backups

6. Security - Enforcement of security including common threats like virus, worms, Trojons etc

7. Management of hosted servers, web site and mailing solution

8. Upgradation of infrastructure via installation of new features like Single Sign On, DHCP, LDAP etc

Responsibilities include maintenance of IT facilities in Mumbai office
